Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
If you have an account with us just select 'Invoice with Order'. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from the EURO Zone, North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Euro, US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax or over the Internet. If you prefer to place an order via our sales desk just call 0044 (0) 1268287222.
Shipping And Handling
All products in order catalogue are priced inclusive of shipping charges in the United Kingdom and the Euro Zone. All other parts of the world shall have smal surcharge for shipping, which shall be advised prior to processing any order or charging to a credit card.
Delivery Schedule
All products are normally ex stock and ready for next day delivery via Securicor in the United Kingdom. The shipments to Continental Europe take a little longer.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders to be shipped within the UK 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
All our products are guarantied for 12 months from date of Invoice against faulty workmanship or materials. We do not pay for Labour to replace any item on site under this guarantie.

CMR CONTROLS do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
Returns Policy
If you have purchased the incorrect items and you wish to return the goods, this can be accepted within 2 weeks of receiving the goods. The goods should be sent back to our company freight paid. Upon inspection of the goods for defects, we shall issue a credit note but raising a 15% restocking charge.
